A native of Oklahoma, Kevyn lived in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Boulder before returning in 2000. She has been in private practice in Oklahoma City for 20 years before joining Optimal Health Associates.

With 2.5 years of prior experience working at Optimal Health in the clinic setting, Karlee returned in May 2025 as the ExoMind technician. Karlee graduated in May 2024 from the University of Central Oklahoma with her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. During school and upon graduating, she worked as a therapist treating individuals and children for depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and self-esteem. Her favorite part of working at Optimal Health and with ExoMind is the ability to get to know the patients and seeing the way their lives can improve. Rachel is the Optimal Aesthetics Manager and is a Registered Nurse with 11 years in nursing. She has 8 years of industry experience in bioidentical hormone therapy and aesthetics, as well as 2 years in emergency medicine. Her specialties include Neurotoxins, filler, IV vitamin therapies, bioidentical hormones, microneedling, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), laser therapy, and skin care.
